Yes! All kiln-fired items are food-safe and non-toxic. Hand wash gently with mild soap and avoid soaking. While ceramics are technically "dishwasher safe," I recommend avoiding the dishwasher and microwave to help them last longer. Keep away from sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking. Treat them like art—with love! The painting itself on the ceramic will NOT chip or come off.

Yes! If you’re local, I offer free porch pickup from my studio. Just select “local pickup” at checkout. We're located on New Franklin Church Rd in Canon, GA.

Yes! I carefully package and ship priority in all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Unfortunately I cannot provide mock-ups or proofs prior to painting. A paint called "underglaze" is applied directly to the ceramic. It cannot be removed once painted, and it's completely permanent once fired. Please be detailed with the specifics you'd like. I'm a better artist with creative freedom!

I carefully package every piece, but if something breaks in transit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. I will be happy to replace it. (Please reach out via email and provide photos)

Since each item is handmade and custom, I typically don’t accept returns. But if there’s an issue, I’ll always work with you to find a solution.

Because each piece is handmade, no two are exactly alike. Some designs may return, but most are limited and one-of-a-kind. I'm happy to replicate one of my previous designs if you'd like to order one.

Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Just send photos or a detailed description, and I’ll create something completely custom for you. I'm happy to see inspiration photos from online, however, I will not exactly "copy" someone else's work.
